and dodge any possible risk. For a part that sells new for >$100, there is no way I would buy a used part to save $20, whether the part has been on a car already or if its a part that comes from an open box. Too many heartaches waiting to happen...especially if you don't know the seller from Adam. Now if the part cost $200+, you would have to be crazy as a buyer to try to save $20 bucks. I would much rather buy from a "real" vendor that will be able to stand behind the product should something go wrong...even with just the shipping. Now if you can save $75 or so, that a different story, if you are willing to deal with the risk involved. No offense to individuals that sell in classifieds because there are great deals to be had out there. My 0.02, Mike
